Rihanna is sure shining bright like a diamond now that she has "Billionaire" status...
We know her as our Caribbean beauty, but the truth is she has sure become a force to be reckoned with. She has done well in integrating herself into a brand, one that gradually broadens as time passes.
From beauty, to fashion, to acting, she has earned her place at the billionaire's table. Forbes has made it official by announcing that RiRi has become "the wealthiest female musician in the world and second only to Oprah Winfrey as the richest female entertainer." (Business Insider)
As much as we love her, no music mogul ever goes through their career without some drama, but the hard truth is it can't be easy having your whole life open for the world to critique. With all that, she still managed to stay focused and started her beauty brand, Fenty Beauty, and her lingerie brand, Savage x Fenty.
It was noted that her becoming a billionaire was majorly due to these non-musical endeavours. Isn't that crazy though, that many people get their moola from their side hustles?!
We thought it only fair to jam to this song (Diamonds) because we thought it was befitting as she is now worth, $1.7-billion, which is R24-billion.
