Caught in the act! Delivery guy helps himself to some chips
Updated | By Udesha Moodley-Judhoo
Maybe this food delivery guy wasn't actually eating from his customer's order, but it sure does look suspicious.

If Doechii's 'Anxiety' didn’t already have us on edge, this video of a food delivery guy sneaking a few chips from a customer's order just might.
It's not the first time we have seen videos of delivery drivers snacking on customers’ food on social media – and let's be honest, it probably won't be the last.
But this particular video had people debating: was he munching on his own meal, or was he caught red-handed (or should we say chip-handed)?
We all like to trust our delivery drivers, but if this wasn’t his food, we can only hope the person filming wasn’t the customer.

Food delivery platforms like Uber Eats have strict policies against this kind of behaviour. If a driver is found snacking on a customer's order, they risk being removed from the platform and could face serious consequences, including a breach of contract – or worse, a charge of theft.
The video’s comment section was just as entertaining as the clip itself, with people sharing their own experiences and others sympathising with the driver.
"My bf ordered food, and they dropped it by the door, took a picture, and left with the food again."
"That’s why my chips were half empty."
"C'mon you guys should know they buy their food as well."
"Him flicking the salt off his hand."
"I’ve ordered a meal for my driver before. Please don’t judge and make assumptions."
"Meals are always sealed. If not, I’d be worried. He's probably eating his own food on the go; I’ve bought for a driver before or given him something, a cold drink or chips, coz I don’t like them."
