These are really heartfelt and deep...
As much as this year has been tough for many people, Carol Ofori has always managed to stick to her core values of making the best of her circumstances. It may have looked easy, but by no means was it.
She shares her biggest lessons of the year with us. One of the things about her circumstances is that she not only went through the pandemic challenges, but also moved her whole family over to Durban from Johannesburg, while her husband remained there.
So when she started sharing her biggest learnings, she said, "Oh my gosh, it's been the most incredible year of growth for me."

The third one had to be that she has learned how to enjoy her own company and that of her kids. She came her without her closest friends and family, so it was a new chapter for her. But experiencing your own company is something that we all should do.
Regardless, it is something that is healthy for your mental state of mind, it also is a great act of self love. Getting to experience your own time should be celebrated and not feared.
