Carol Ofori: "The last time I coloured my hair it all fell out"

Carol Ofori shares a new hairdo and her previous fears surrounding colouring her hair...
Sometimes, changing your style is the best way to handle a slump or rigid phase in life.
Some people get tattoos or piercings, while others change their hair. Our hair is the first thing we can change, subtly or drastically, to feel like new people.
We know our Daytime Queen, Carol Ofori, uses her hair as a medium to represent her mood, and this time, she took a bold step in a direction that had previously left her afraid.
Take a look at her new hairdo, courtesy of TikTok.

As Carol Ofori shares in the video, she has had some challenges colouring her hair.
We know Carol to be a woman who loves to try new things, but this was a bit traumatising, considering her hair fell out the last time she did it.
We asked her to share how she was feeling before doing her hair:
I'm traumatised because the last time I coloured my hair, it all fell out; I am enjoying the colour. I keep telling myself, 'hair grows', so even if it falls out, it will grow back. But I think it speaks to the space that I am in right now, which is to try something and keep trying new things. So, I'm trying this new thing. If anyone wants to give me advice on how to look after this highlighted hair so that it doesn't fall out, I'd appreciate that.- Carol Ofori
