Colourful crayons that are spreading diversity!

This husband and wife duo from Cape Town have created crayons representing human skin colour in all its wondrous shades - and we're here for it. 

Carol purchased these crayons a few months ago, gave them to her son, and he loved them. A true hit in the Ofori household, so Carol needed to know more.

Justin and Kylie spoke to Carol about their brand, Colour Me Kids

Kylie is an early development educator, and she decided that she needed more inclusive crayon colours for her Grade R's and that's when the journey began - peach and brown simply does not cut it. With the cost to bring similar crayons to South Africa exorbitant, the couple decided to look into how they could manufacture them right here in South Africa.

The inclusive crayons are not only loved in South Africa, but they have received orders from Iceland, Germany, and The Netherlands, and they are about to tap into the American market.
