Bridesmaids asked to drop a dress size by the Bridezilla...

A bride asks her bridesmaids to drop a dress size for her wedding. What should they do?
Not everyone can fully understand the pressures and emotions that go through planning a wedding. There are certain expectations that are attached to lifetime dreams and wishes, which are further attached to the expectation of having a day that is completely yours.
The tough part here is when you are part of a bridal party and the bride ends up having a long list of demands that leave you questioning everything.
That's what happened to this bridesmaid. Being part of a friend's big day is an honour, most of the time, but not so much when you have been told to hit the gym and drop a dress size.
One of the bridesmaids took to Reddit to share the messages that were sent to her and the rest of the bridal party. She consequently dropped out of the bridal party.
The text from the bride read: 'Welcome to my bridal party, I’m so excited to marry the man of my dreams. As you know this is going to be a very different wedding. We are hoping to do it outside and understand December is generally a cold month but in Oklahoma, it’s usually sunny and 70. Just a few things to ask. I hand picked all the dresses and bridesmaid that will be there and they will all be a size 8. So if you’re not a size 8 I recommend hitting the gym. No offense to anyone but I have had this planned since I was in diapers and want it perfect.'
The bride went on to say that she had some strict rules when it came to kids and that the only exception would be the flower girl. She then ended off the message by saying that this was her special day and she wanted everything to be perfect. Mmm, sounds like a Bridezilla...
You won't believe this but she added in more...
She said that she wanted them to donate $500 towards their honeymoon! That equates to almost R7,000 per bridesmaid. Sho! Talk about demanding...
It's obvious to us as to why this bridesmaid dropped out of the bridal party, as it was way too pressurising. In the spirit of celebrating bridesmaids and the infamous movie, '27 Dresses', take part in our poll below.
