Botched Dress latest: Shaylene speechless as she receives Matric Ball dress

When we first heard about Carol Ofori's botched dress, we were both disappointed and excited.
Disappointed that the dress was a fail but excited for the next chapter that Carol wanted to give the dress.
So when Silomo Ntombela from Silomo Boutique decided to take on the challenge of fixing the botched dress, we were all extremely excited.

Then the team heard about Shaylene's story, a young matriculant who hasn't been dealt a great hand in life.
"Shaylene is a Grade 12 learner who was nominated by her aunt Rachael to receive the dress. Her grandmother took Shaylene and her brother in when they were much younger as their dad is in prison and their mom is an alcoholic."
