BIZARRE: Man unveils hamburger that is more than two decades old
We wonder what it must smell like...
We've heard of some crazy items that people have kept, and most of the time they keep them with some sense of sentimentality.
But in this case, it was the most bizarre discovery by a man by the name of David Whipple.
He initially wanted to show people how things deteriorate, and so he used a hamburger he purchased for 79c from a McDonald's.
From there it was somehow stored in one of his coat pockets.
The hamburger stayed in the coat for a long time and managed to survive a big move from one town to another.
Whipple discovered the hamburger after 14 years in 2013. He believes his wife was getting rid of some old clothes and made the gross discovery.
And at the time, the burger, which was purchased in 1999, was 14 years, and then in 2020, the news station KUTV paid him a visit again to see what the burger looked like after 20 years.
