#BestOfTheWeek: A warning note from a stranger and a snake peeking out in a Woolies store

We look back at the week that was and highlight some of the best pieces, according to you...

We started off the week with a dodgy video that was shared on TikTok by a wife. The video was of the husband and the nanny doing some dance moves from the movie 'Dirty Dancing'.

When Carol Ofori saw it, she was not impressed. Firstly, she shared that she would never be comfortable with that and neither would her husband. She also said: "No, No, No...and how hot is the nanny, if my nanny is going to be that hot then she better have some chest hairs or a full blown beard or something."

Then we had a sad story about a husband from Mossel Bay who lost his wife to COVID-19. He and his wife had been together for 44-years and after she got COVID-19, he missed her so much that he would take his accordion and play music for her outside the hospital.

When we found out that he had lost her to the virus last weekend, we had to pay tribute to their love story. Check out what he had to say about their love and watch the video of him playing outside the hospital below.

Then we had a girl who was out on a first date and received a note from a stranger at another table saying, "Too many red flags. Run. Be safe girl."

This peaked a lot of interest, the reason we think so is because with everything that is going on in the world, it cannot be easy for singletons to find love. And amidst it all you have to think about your safety. Check out what happened below...

And last but definitely not least. There was the story about the lady who went to her local Woolworths in Australia and was standing in the aisle thinking about what spice rub to buy for her chicken dinner, when a slithery 3m python peeked out to say hello.

Instead of reacting the way we would've, she calmly went home to get her snake catch bag and took him out to the bushes to free him. She was luckily a wildlife rescuer and had experience with snakes.
