That awkward moment a stranger tackled Kolisi for a kiss
Uhh, ja, this was uncool...
There's no doubt that one of our biggest wins of 2023 was the Springboks bringing home the trophy this year.
Without a doubt, it was celebrated across all communities. And let's face it, we all needed that win more than we wanted to admit.
It is for this reason that we were so happy to come out in our numbers for the trophy tour. When the Springboks travelled around South Africa to share the win with us, we were more than happy to celebrate with them.
But one woman took things too far when she tried to kiss Siya Kolisi.
The Prince Harry of South Africa is always in the media with his Meghan, so, it surprised us that any fan would go as far as to try and shoot an arrow in their love story.
When a woman managed to pass by security and grab Kolisi around the neck in an attempt to kiss him, we all were shocked.

People were shocked by the woman's antics. We are not sure what happened to her after her actions, but this was not at all respectful of Siya Kolisi nor his wife and family.
We get the excitement but admiration from afar is still admiration.
