We are all game for a saving, no matter how big or small it might be...
Everyone is all hyped up about Black Friday this year.
This is nothing new, of course, but we assume the hype is back because we are finally out of the pandemic pits.
Now there are many people who are still recovering from the aftermath of COVID-19, but taking advantage of the price reductions that occur during Black Friday is always a pro.
Especially for people shopping ahead of the festive season.

With slashed prices on electronics, appliances, homeware, DIY, outdoor and garden, and even groceries, we can expect people to be on overdrive.
And as you know from past experience, some people don't see their crazy behaviour as inappropriate.
Therefore, it is important for you to be aware of your surroundings no matter how good the deal may be.
This is also a time that many criminals will be out and about. The possibility of people traveling and moving around with cash and goods will make you targetable.
Try to use card not cash unless you really have to, so that you lower the chances of being targeted by criminals.
Know what you want before you go out shopping. This is a good tip to follow for all shopping experiences, because it avoids you overspending.
But what it also helps with is efficiency. You don't want to spend the whole day shopping, not only is it tiring but it can lead to a whole lot of aggression on the roads and in shopping areas.

Don't underestimate the power of planning. Plan your trip and your shopping experience. Starting off your day early is also a great tip.
Many retailers have announced that they will be announcing specials closer to the 25th of November 2022, so keep an eye out.
Collect product brochures beforehand and make a list of what it is you are interested in.
Also making an effort to visit stores beforehand may be helpful in learning about items you are interested in before Black Friday. Being informed will help you make up your mind beforehand.
And, lastly, don't use this opportunity to get into more debt. Black Friday deals are inviting but if you have lived without the item this long, then you can do without it until you have the money to buy it.
