We take a look at the stories our winners shared from our #ECRThriveAt25 birthday on Friday...
Being part of a family means having to deal with the ups and downs that form part of it. But the best part of being a family member is that you somehow always feel like you belong.
No matter where you go, no matter how long you have been gone, when you are around family, you feel like you belong. And that is what we feel like when it comes our ECR family.
It's not just the East Coast Radio team that have a sense of purpose, it's all of you, our listeners.
Because without all of you, we wouldn't be a family...
That is why in celebration of our 25th birthday, we wanted to share some much needed moola with all of you. We had R300,000 to give away to you and as much as we wish you all could've been winners, there was only space for 30, each winning R10,000 each.
It was one of those rare days that started off on a high and ended off on a high, and we have to admit that we heard such endearing stories that it really was such a wonderful birthday.
Thank you to all of you for always supporting us and for making our province feel like home. As much as we always have ups and downs, like every family, we always manage to come together and remember what's important.
