#AppreciationMonday: Carol Ofori's Bollywood dance lesson from Javed Sanadi
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Clearly it's not always a case of patting the dog and screwing in the light bulb...
Carol Ofori met Indian choreographer, dancer, and dance director Javed Sanadi at an event hosted by Soroptimist International.
The event was held to motivate, empower, and inspire young women who come from underprivileged communities.
And Sanadi taught the girls and all those attending some Bollywood dance moves on the day. Check out more on the event here.

Since it was such a fun experience, Carol Ofori decided to host Javed Sanadi at East Coast Radio House.
And, of course, it wouldn't be right if he left without a dance tutorial for the team.
Javed has been dancing for the last fifteen years and first got recognised as a dance icon when he appeared in an Indian dance show called, 'Jhalak Diklaja'.
This show has been described as the Indian version of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
Sanadi has a decorated portfolio and has worked on some amazing projects, including dance choreographies for Femina Miss India, Gladrags Megal Model and Zee Cine Awards.
He specialises in Latin American and Ballroom forms, Jazz and Indian Classical (Kathak, Bharat Natyam, Kucchipudi), and is well acquainted with modern and contemporary dance forms, Ballet, Rock and Roll, old school Jazz, Hip hop, etc.
So it was both an honour and so much fun for the team to be tutored by him.
