Age ain't nothin' but a number! This 29-year age difference could not stop love
A woman falls for her ex-husband's step-father, a story where love nipped a 29-year age difference in the behind and conquered it all.
Erica Quiggle admitted that she was afraid of how people would react and therefore tried to ignore her feelings for her husband's step-father - but the love was too strong to deny.
She and Justin (her husband) experienced some struggles in their marriage and she found support and kindness from his step-father, Jeff Quiggle. What started off as a platonic relationship grew into a bond that could only be described as true. Although feelings were announced, they both respected their partners at the time and eventually only announced their love publicly once they were respectfully divorced years later.
Erica's ex-husband says: “Everything’s all good now between us. There’s no hatred there anymore. We talk about our son and we’re both moving on with our lives.”
Talk about new beginnings and true forgiveness... it's always good to see the silver lining.
Erica and Jeff are now married and have a baby girl, Brexlee. And what about the 29-year age difference? She said: “It sounds scandalous, but we had this love we could not deny. Despite everything, our relationship now is perfect. Jeff is the young soul and I’m the old soul. He laughs when I say that, but it all worked out – and Justin was the most understanding person.”
Well, there you have it. All is fair in love and age differences. After all, age ain't nothing but a number...
