About time! Bar shares their efforts in ending spiking of drinks
Updated | By East Coast Radio
A sad reality for many people...
The sad reality of going out for a drink is that you have to be wary and careful. As much as we would prefer to forget about the dangers involved in drinking, they are still present...
And always lingering and lurking...
Sometimes we see it, but we don't actually see it, and other times, we are fooled into believing we can trust.
Either way, if you are not watching out for yourself, then you could become a statistic...
A bar in the United Kingdom has introduced bottle stoppers as their contribution in promoting anti-spiking.
It certainly is a responsible way of approaching the topic, but it has also opened up the topic to others expressing their sadness in having to take such precautions...
May be sad, but it's certainly a reality that we have to face. Isn't it better to face it responsibly rather than remaining ignorant?
