What happens when a car meets a canal

Take one canal by Quayside flats on the Durban beachfront by the harbour ....and add one times van.
What do you get?

This happened last Friday ( 24 May)

Eye witness Jacqui Kennedy said : "So I am sitting at DUC watching these guys prepare to leave after golfing ....I took this video of them DRIVING there car into the canal."
