I am a self-confessed small pet lover.
I mean there is nothing cuter than a little cat that just wants to steal your heart a pug with those adorable eyes.
But people in America seem to have taken their love for their pets to a new extreme.
A survey of nearly 1,000 dog owners shows that 38 percent love their dog more than their partner or spouse.
Some owners have even confessed to being more devastated by the running away of a pet more than a break up.
