25 years ago today, many of us watched as Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela left Victor Verster Prison as a free man.
He walked out holding Winnie's hand in front of amassed crowds and the worlds press.
He was then driven to Cape Town's City Hall through jubilant, singing crowds, where he gave his first speech after serving 27 years in prison!
