Cat ruins owner's yoga session

Yoga takes a lot of concentration and good form. 

So when this woman decided to film herself to keep tabs on her shape and progress the East Coast Breakfast team were very impressed...

That is until her cat decided it wanted to be centre of attention instead.

In the clip, the woman sets up her camera and begins performing difficult yoga poses; including standing on her head.

But her cheeky cat manages to find the worst possible spot that completely blocks the view of his owner and is seen lying there for almost her entire yoga session. 

The humorous video, which was posted to YouTube by user Snoky Hootan, has gone viral and has been viewed 3.5 million times.
