Can you be happy for 100 days in a row?

Jane Linley-Thomas has joined the #100HappyDays campaign. Here's why. Will you be joining her?
Jane writes:
"I love and adore the concept of celebrating 100 happy days. This type of energy is infectious and is a daily reminder of how blessed we are.
"May it be a blushing kiss of a sunset somewhere pretty, a special moment with your kids or a flash of materialist beauty. It's great to celebrate a half-full cup with a heart drenched in love and appreciation x"
#100HappyDays is a campaign that challenges people to upload a photo of what made them happy, either via Facebook, Twitter or Instagram, for 100 days in a row.
According to the campaign website, people who completed the challenge said they:
- Started noticing what makes them happy every day;
- Were in a better mood every day;
- Started receiving more compliments from other people;
- Realized how lucky they are to have the life they have;
- Became more optimistic;
- Fell in love during the challenge.
Your photo can be of anything; from a pretty sunset or sunrise, to a meet-up with a friend, to getting home after a hard day, to your work...just anything that made you feel happy!
Here's what made Jane's day today:
The organisers have stressed that the challenge is for you, not for anyone else. "It is not a happiness competition or a showing off contest. If you try to please/make others jealous via your pictures - you lose without even starting. Same goes for cheating."
Apparently in the past 71% of people tried to complete the challenge, but failed, saying that they didn't have time for it.
