VIDEO: Fast and furious GT fishing
Updated | By Staff Writer

These fish are also known as giant kingfish here in South Africa.
They can weigh up to 80kg and hunt both alone and in shoals.
GT sometimes use sharks and monk seals to help them ambush their prey.
A decrease in their numbers in Hawaii have prompted concerns about their conservation status.
Recreational anglers are encouraged to practice catch-and-release when targeting this species.
The footage below was shot in the Andaman Islands off the coast of India.
