Updated | By Andre Bloem and Wikipedia
Barracuda are fierce predators with imposing teeth.
Some barracuda species can grow to lengths in excess of 2-metres.
These fish are found in tropical and sub-tropical oceans around the world.
Barracuda rely on quick and short bursts of speed to catch their prey.
Adults in most barracuda species tend to be solitary creatures, while younger fish are often found in shoals.
Some species of barracuda are considered potentially dangerous to swimmers.
