The 31-year-old was killed in car crash in the early hours of this morning. Henyekane had been travelling with four other people at the time of the accident.
The club says he was the only person killed in the crash.
His younger brother, Joseph Henyekane who spent six years of his career in Durban playing for Golden Arrows passed away last year in December.
Henyekane was also capped nine times for Bafana Bafana. The club posted a statement on its official website earlier this morning.
Management says the club will be there for the family.
