Del Bosque's side will play Australia in their final game of the tournament.

The Aussies are also on the way home after suffering a second loss in the group, this time a 3-2 defeat to Netherlands.

As the Group stands Netherlands and Chile will advance to the last 16, both teams have 6 points, meanwhile the Spanish and the Socceroos are pointless.
