The Sharks bring it home
Updated | By Alain Tardin
When it comes to bittersweet revenge, The Sharks certainly offered a 101 lesson in getting back what they felt was rightfully their’s as they surged to Currie Cup glory with a 17-12 victory over the defending champions Western Province.

Province, who went into halftime with a 6-0 lead, couldn’t hold back the onslaught from a determined Sharks side.
Robert Du Preez kicked himself to a fairytale ending after claiming his consecutive Currie Cup win, except this time in the colours of the mighty Sharks.
KZN will be celebrating this win in full force as the Cape Town fans will be left wondering “what if”.
