The World team will play an exhibition match against the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) Women on May 19.
The match will form part of the celebrations for the ground's bicentenary.
The women's Rest of the World team, which has been assembled for the first time, was selected in association with the International Cricket Council's women's committee.
"This is a very exciting opportunity," Kapp said.
"To play at Lord's is every cricketer's dream, and I'm looking forward to stepping on to that field for the very first time. "It is an honour to be considered to join the celebrations of this iconic ground and to be joined by some of the world's best players.
"I'm looking forward to catching up with other players and also to playing a competitive and fun game," she said.
Kapp, 24, made her debut for South Africa's national women's cricket team in 2009.
