SA athlete stars in England

SA track star, Andre Olivier, impressed in England over the past weekend.

Olivier ended second in the 800-metres at the Birmingham IAAF Indoor meeting.
Olivier clocked a very respectable one minute 44.99 seconds in the process.
Meanwhile, Philani Buthelezi was the star much closer to home.
Buthelezi easily won the Emnambithi Striders half-marathon in Ladysmith on Saturday.
Spamandla Nyembe ended second behind his Klip River teammate.
Xoli Madida was crowned ladies champion in Ladysmith.
