Rooney was earlier rated doubtful due to a knee injury, but Louis van Gaal said this afternoon that Rooney is okay to face the Baggies.

United are without Michael Carrick, Luke Shaw and Jonny Evans for the showdown at Old Trafford.

Liverpool have Lucas Leiva back for their league meeting with Queens Park Rangers tomorrow.

However, the Reds are minus Daniel Sturridge, Mario Balotelli and Jon Flanagan for the game at Anfield.

Golden Arrows, top of the National First Division standings, will play their next league encounter on Sunday.

Arrows will be up against Cape Town All Stars in Chatsworth.

A draw in Chatsworth will be enough for Arrows to secure the NFD title and promotion to the Absa Premiership.

Cape Town All Stars are third in the standings.
