Red Devils sign Uruguayan

Manchester United have confirmed the capture of Guillermo Varela.

The right-back has joined the Red Devils from Uruguayan giants Penarol.

Varela, who is 20, agreed to a five-year contract.

He spent two weeks on trial at United last month.
