Premier League Team of the Year

Gareth Bale has become only the third man to be named Professional Footballers Association Player of the Year and Young Player of the Year in the same season.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Andy Gray are the only other footballers to secure both honours in the same season.
Bale was also voted Player of the Year in 2011.
The 23-year-old has scored 19 goals for Tottenham Hotspur this season.
Meanwhile, the PFA has also unveiled its Premier League Team of the Year.
It is - David de Gea (Manchester United), Pablo Zabaleta (Manchester City), Jan Vertonghen (Tottenham Hotspur), Rio Ferdinand (Manchester United), Leighton Baines (Everton), Michael Carrick (Manchester United), Juan Mata (Chelsea), Gareth Bale (Tottenham Hotspur), Luis Suarez (Liverpool), Eden Hazard (Chelsea) and Robin van Persie (Manchester United).
Awards and selections are based on votes cast by the professional footballers themselves.
