Poly-track racing at Greyville
Updated | By Staff Writer
It will be the first meeting on the new poly-track surface at the Durban venue.
The new synthetic strip is 2 000 metres long and has been laid next to the existing turf track.
The synthetic surface will allow more frequent racing and provide an all-weather alternative at Greyville.
Major racing events will continue to be staged on the traditional turf course.
The poly-track meeting this week will feature nine races.
