Nick Tatham chats to Matthew Pearce
SuperSport commentator Matthew Pearce is in Australia following the Springboks in their quest to defend the Rugby Championship and he chatted to Nick Tatham.
Following a two week quarantine period from when they arrived in Australia, Pearce and the rest of the touring party were allowed to leave the hotel on Friday for the first time.
He looked ahead to this Sunday's clash between the Wallabies and the Springboks in Gold Coast and expects that the Springboks might have a bit too much fire power for the hosts despite the home side having support as the Springboks play in front of fans for the first time since lifting the Rugby World Cup trophy.
Dave Rennie has selected Quade Cooper at flyhalf for the clash in what could be a stroke of genius or could backfire spectacularly.
