New world record for Le Clos
Updated | By Andre Bloem

Chad le Clos has made a stunning start to his FINA World Cup campaign.
Le Clos set a new 200-metres butterfly short-course world record in the Netherlands last night.
Roland Schoeman also won in Eindhoven. Schoeman ended first in the 50-metres breaststroke.
Schoeman was second in the 50-metres butterfly.
Le Clos settled for third in the same race.
It was also a good night for Myles Brown. The former Kearsney College learner secured second spot in the 400-metres freestyle.
Brown set a new African record in the process.
Ryk Neethling clocked the previous record back in 2004.
