Grigor Dimitrov defeated the South African 7-6 3-6 7-6 in Acapulco.
Rik de Voest is the only other South African male ranked in the top 200.
De Voest is 186th in the rankings.
Chanelle Scheepers remains our top female singles player.
Scheepers is ranked 74th.
