Andy Murray has ended a 77-year title drought for British men at Wimbledon.
Murray beat Novak Djokovic in the final on Sunday and is the first British man to win Wimbledon since Fred Perry in 1936.
Murray defeated Djokovic 6-4 7-5 6-4 and has now secured two grand slam singles titles.
British men have won the Wimbledon singles title 36 times - more than any other nation.
The last Scotsman to win the Wimbledon singles crown was Harold Mahony back in 1896.
Murray remains second in the world rankings. Novak Djokovic is still world number one. Roger Federer is down to fifth - his lowest ranking since 2003.
