Middendorp rejoins the club for a third spell following his resignation from Free State Stars this week.

The Team of Choice has been without a head coach since the departure of Clive Barker.

The KZN franchise desperately needs points in the bag to get away from the bottom of the table and is hoping Middendorp is the man to turn their fortunes around.

According to the club's website, the 57-year-old is officially in charge as from today and will be assisted by Fadlu Davids.

The Team of Choice are bottom of the log with just six points from 12 games.

Middendorp rejoins the KZN outfit with the club down in 16th place with just six points from 12 games.

They have 18 rounds of fixtures left to play.

A press conference will be held at the Harry Gwala Stadium tomorrow. It is scheduled for 11am.
