Loads of shad in KZN
Updated | By Andre Bloem
Kosi Bay has been a little quiet lately, but wave garrick and fairly small kingfish have kept the local anglers busy.
St Lucia and Cape Vidal have produced good shad recently and it seems as though these fish are biting well all along KZN coast. They are generally still on the small side.
Richards Bay is also proving a good hunting ground for shad fishermen, with the odd garrick in the mix as well.
We have another perfect day with a maximum temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and NNW winds blowing this morning. These will swing to onshores later, making for some bumpy surf. Weather conditions are set to change tomorrow when a SW wind will be blowing. This should turn the early Saturday warm conditions somewhat colder with the possibility of some light rain in the evening.
Sunday should start off partly cloudy, but skies should clear in the course of the day with a maximum temperature of 25 degrees and NNW winds.
