Lennox Lewis praise for Durandt
Updated | By Trevor Cramer
Former undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, Lennox Lewis, has paid tribute to late boxing trainer Nick Durandt, who was tragically killed in a motorcycle accident last week.

Lewis posted a tweet on his Twitter timeline under the hashtags #Respect and #RIP.
Durandt was part of the Hasim Rahman camp when the American knocked out Lennox Lewis at Carnival City in 2001 in what is still today regarded by many as one of the biggest upsets in boxing history..
Rank underdog Rahman, nicknamed 'The Rock', shocked the boxing world by beating multiple world champion Lewis in the headline bout on the "Thunder in Africa' card at the popular gaming venue east of Johannesburg.
A 20-1 underdog, Rahman claimed the WBC, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles in sensational fashion, flooring the defending champion in the fifth round. It was one of only two defeats that Lewis suffered as a professional.
