Knife likely for Frans and Lewies
Gary Gold revealed today that Frans Steyn and Stephan Lewies are both likely to need surgery.
Steyn has a torn pectoral muscle and Lewies a nasty knee injury.
Both look set for long spells on the sidelines.
Gold today also did not confirm a Cheetahs move for Fred Zeilinga.
It was earlier reported that Zeilinga is set to move to Bloemfontein ahead of the Absa Currie Cup season.
Cell C Sharks have a Vodacom SupeRugby date with the Rebels in Durban this Friday night.
Ryan Kankowski has been picked to start at number eight this week, while Renaldo Bothma has been shifted to flank.
Jaco van Heerden will referee a match set to start at 19h10.
