Leoz, an executive member, is reportedly under house arrest in his native Paraguay.
Local soccer news is that Siyabonga Sangweni and Mpho Makola will miss Orlando Pirates v AS Kaloum on Saturday.
Both are suspended and out of the CAF Confederations Cup action in Johannesburg.
