Graeme Smith to divorce
A short statement has been issued by their legal representative, David Becker.
"I confirm that Graeme and Morgan are unfortunately divorcing. This is obviously a private matter and the couple would ask that their privacy is respected during this time, both for the sake of themselves and their children."
Smith married the Irish singer in 2011 and they have two children together.
Up until December both Graeme and Morgan shared candid photos of themselves together, as well as pics with their kids, on social media networks.
