The 15-year-old has been included in the SA Junior Davis Cup squad.

Kesaris and his SA teammates will compete at a qualifying tournament in Tunisia in June.

They will be battling for a spot at the Junior Davis Cup finals tournament in Mexico in September this year.

Kesaris says his late grandmother played a big role in inspiring his love for tennis.

He is a Rafael Nadal fan.

"I admire his tenacity on the court. He is a real fighter," Kesaris enthuses.
