Updated | By Andre Bloem

KZN boat anglers are currently enjoying a fair bit of success.
General bottom fishing has picked up with daga salmon and geelbek being reported. Couta and yellowfin tuna are still being caught and Aliwal Shoal has produced some wahoo. The Westbrook area is also producing couta and snoek action. For more info please visit www.kingfisher.co.za
Colin Simpkins is organising this year’s Scottburgh Surski Race, which takes place this Sunday 16 June. There is still time to enter so mail [email protected] - good luck to all of you taking part.
It looks as though we are in for another gorgeous beach day in Durban with temperatures peaking at 28 degrees, clear skies and light WNW offshore winds blowing again on Friday. We are expecting slightly cooler weather tomorrow with SW winds which will drop off on Sunday. A fairly cool weekend is expected with the Sunday temperature set to peak at 22 degrees Celsius.
