Updated | By Andre Bloem

Durban will host the 2013 ENGEN Cycle Challenge this Sunday.
The race starts in MY Ave outside the Cyril Geoghegan Cycling Track.
From here cyclist will ride up to the Engen garage, turning right onto Athlone Drive before slipping towards the left onto the M4 North across the Umgeni River.
Cyclists will now cycle along the M4 North towards Ballito passing Umhlanga Rocks.
SHORT ROUTE: Turns at La Lucia Mall and head back.
MEDIUM ROUTE: After crossing the Mdloti River, riders will turn back at the South Beach Road circle.
LONG ROUTE: Cyclists now climb up to the Zimbali Coastal Estate North Gate Circle (this is before the Ballito circle).
Cyclists will make their way back to the Westbrook circle before doing a loop back up to the Zimbali circle.
This turn on the second trip up means time to head for the finish. The cyclists pass La Lucia Mall with the end only a few kilometers away. Once across the Umgeni River, take the off-ramp towards the left and then turn right into Athlone Drive.
Turn left at the Engen Garage into MY Avenue up to finish at the Cycling Track.
CAUTION: There is a small section of roadworks at Umhlanga slipway, keep to the left on both sides of the road.
