De Villiers expects keeping role

De Villiers, who underwent hand surgery recently, says he should be fine to play as a wicketkeeper-batsman.
De Villiers believes Australia have a good team, but that the Proteas are the stronger side.
De Villiers says Australia will have to play very well to win the Test series.
The Proteas stalwart is not too concerned about the sledging that Australia is famous for.
De Villiers says verbals from opponents tend to fire him up and bring out the best in him.
However, De Villiers says he is unlikely to fire back at the Aussies.
He believes in letting his game to do the talking and feels that sledging can count against a team.
"You could end up getting caught up in the mind games and losing your focus on the match itself," he said.
De Villiers says he does sometimes remind a batsman of technical flaws in his game, but is inclined only to do so if he feels the chirp could make a difference.
The first of three Tests will start in Centurion on 12 February.
Australia will meet an SA Invitation side in Potchefstroom from this Wednesday onwards.
