Former Manchester United player David Beckham has paid tribute to Sir Alex Ferguson following news of his retirement.
Ferguson is to step down as the club's manager at the end of the current season.
The 71-year-old has guided Manchester United to its 20th English league title this year.
Speaking to Sky News, former United star David Beckham paid tribute to his ex-boss.
"Without talking about the success that he has had, the impact that he has with the team, the impact he has with players and fans; I don't think there is anyone around in football who has had that impact ever," he said.
