Bayern minus Croatia striker

Bayern Munich will host Barcelona in a Uefa Champions League semi-final first leg meeting at Allianz Arena tonight.

Bayern are without Mario Mandzukic for the game in Germany.

The Croatia striker is suspended.

Barcelona sporting director, Andoni Zubizarreta, says Lionel Messi is fit to face Bayern.

However, Barcelona assistant coach, Jordi Roura, claims a final decision on Messi has not yet been made.

Messi has travelled to Germany.

He missed the domestic league victory over Levante last weekend.

Cesc Fabregas scored the only goal in that game.
