This despite the Confederation of African Football booting Equatorial Guinea out of the qualifying campaign for fielding an ineligible player.
CAF confirmed today that Equatorial Guinea would replace Morocco as 2015 AFCON hosts.
Equatorial Guinea and Gabon were joint hosts of the 2012 Nations Cup finals.
