Kaizer Chiefs remain seven points clear at the top of the Absa Premiership standings.
Orlando Pirates, who have a game in hand, are still second.
Chiefs and Pirates both drew 1-1 in league action on Wednesday night.
Eric Mathoho equalised for Amakhosi against Maritzburg United, while Collins Mbesuma opened the scoring for Pirates in their stalemate with Amazulu.
Goodman Dlamini netted for Usuthu at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
Mario Booysen scored the Maritzburg United goal in Polokwane last night.
Platinum Stars are third in the standings.
They trail Chiefs by nine points and have also played a game less than the leaders.
Dikwena won 1-0 at Free State Stars last night.
Siphelele Mthembu scored the only goal at Charles Mopeli Stadium.
Golden Arrows are up to 12th in the league standings.
Musa Bilankulu and Norman Smith scored in their 2-1 victory at Chippa United.
Former Portsmouth and Manchester City striker, Benjani Mwaruwari, netted for Chippa at the Philippi Stadium.
Tuks and Bloemfontein Celtic drew 1-1 in the other Absa Premiership match played last night.
Celtic are ninth in the standings and Tuks tenth.
Maritzburg United are sixth, Amazulu 13th and Chippa bottom.
Ajax Cape Town lead Chippa by three points and have played a game less.
Leaders, Chiefs, will see league action in Durban on Saturday afternoon.
Arrows will host Amakhosi at Moses Mabhida Stadium from three o'clock onwards.
