The Jacob Zuma
Foundation has confirmed that the former president will not attend tomorrow's
court proceedings.
Zuma's arms deal-are corruption case will return to the Pietermaritzburg High court tomorrow.
This comes on the back of confirmation that the former president has approached the Constitutional Court in a bid to appeal the dismissal of his application to remove prosecutor Billy Downer from his corruption trial.

The foundation's spokesperson Mzwanele Manyi says it is not necessary for Zuma to attend proceedings.
"His excellency President Zuma will definitely not be in court on Monday. The reason for that is the date is a holding date and the understanding and expectation were hopefully by that date all the preliminary things, as in other court appeals and processes would have been decided one way or another."
